The salesman Luchien from brackenfell was absolutely ***********. We paid for the car in cash, then it was supposed to be transfered to the branch near us. They lost the keys and didn't notify us, even worse they kept ignoring our messages up until we started pestering him and threatening to go the legal route. Only then were we updated about the key issue and even then we still got **** to about the eta of the key. It is now a month later and the car is finally here, but to our surprise we weren't allowed to take delivery because yet again Luchien didn't notify us that the P.O.P didn't suffice. It's a been a whole month and this could've been resolved when the payment was made but the salesman doesn't care. This has been the worst car buying experience ever. I wouldn't recommend working with this salesman to anyone let alone the experience with the Brackenfell branch.
