The sales guy, Dalton Fourie from the George Branch was pleasant as a sales person

The sales guy, Dalton Fourie from the George Branch was pleasant as a sales person. The service of We Buy Cars in general could do with simplification and employing people that are very well informed about the cars they are selling. We were left confused as we didn't get the registration/ car ownership certificate and have to wait for 21 days to get it. This needs to change as it is daunting for the customer to not fully register and enjoy their car straight after buying it. Quite an inconvenience.
