The sales experience with Kiyan Louw at the Richmond branch was smooth and efficient. He was very helpful and guided me through the process, which I really appreciated. However, the after-sales experience was frustrating. After reporting an issue with the vehicle to customer care, I was asked to log a concern. Unfortunately, there was no prompt follow-up, and I had to make constant follow-ups and calls to get approval for the necessary repairs. While the initial purchase process was very positive, the lack of responsiveness and delays in after-sales support took away from the overall experience. Improving turnaround times and communication after the sale would make a big difference.
