The refund

I went to buy a car on the 28/11/2022 then I paid for warranty was told I would have to collect the car the following day 29/11/2022 they need to take the car for service if you pay for warrant they check the car and make sure that everything is right we received the call the to collect the car on the 29/11/2022 according to the sales man everything was checked and found right on the 01/12/2022 after 2 days the car had a funny noise and I took the car to the garage only to find that the brakes pad were finished our lives were in danger myself my husband and my 2kids i had to change the brakes I paid R3600 for the the brakes of the car that was taken for service and checked by professionals I went back to we buy cars for a complain I was told the approval of my refund was sent to head office until today I'm still waiting I have been doing follow ups with them but no luck. When I collected the car it was 74201k then at 74478k the car had no breaks we buy cars does not value lives of the customers breaks has taken so many lives of people. I need my refund please help.
