THE POOREST & SHOCKING SERVICE RECEIVED FROM WE BUY CARS

My refund is still not done. We buy cars doesn't respect and value me as a customer.

I requested a refund since the 05/07/2024, until today we buy cars continues to benefit using my money for free.

No one bothers to call me and update on anything.

Service from the company will never improve.

I am now going to escalate the matter further due poor service from the company.

I have sent more than 10 emails, i have now spent more money in trying to get a refund from the company.

I can imagine how people are going through my experience.
