The only reason why I'm rating the company 5 stars is because of an employee names Brandon Lucas who works at Springfield branch who was not short of amazing!! We had purchased a car from we buy cars George branch and there were so many delays which took place even after the delivery of the car at the springfield branch. We were fortunate enough to receive help from a gentleman names Brandon Lucas. When I say that man was patient and kind. I am not lying!! He spent the whole day with us regardless that our car was purchased from a different branch and he helped us with our documents which were uploaded incorrectly from the George branch. I was annoyed to say the least but his level of service really reassured me and will definitely be considering to make another purchase with you guys soon because of him. He's a keeper. He knows how to attend to customers even though I was not a happy customer because of the George branch. Exceptional service from Mr Brandon Lucas Springfield Branch.!!!!
