The most unprofessional company ever

The worst customer Care ever, Firstly - The assistants/salesman on the floor are all unfriendly and don't try help at all. You have to approach them for help and when they do eventually "help' you they assist you in the way that they don't need your business and don't make you feel welcome at all.

secondly - We App**** for a car and the salesman said we should send through everything to him, after 14 days of us trying to phone, email and message the salesman still no reply. We eventually went in all the way to Midstream warehouse to see what is happening to find out that the car we app**** for has now been sold.

We buy cars offers shocking service and to me has a very unprofessional team, they definitely won't be getting any of my business in the future and business from my friends and family.

I personally recommend going to a business/company that are willing to go in the extra mile for you. I have never met a company that is so unprofessional like them and to this day I still do not understand how they are so big ?
