The most horrible company for a purchase

If I had an option not to give them a single star I would do exactly that.

This company makes me sick. My dad purchased a car through webuycars in November 02 2022. We have to send rude emails to get the vehicle documentations and they only sent the registration copy and nothing more. They ignore emails and not respond. The car was not declared issues and they **** on their report, only to find that the car has so many issues resulting to a R28 000 bill for fixing. My dad kept them on the loop about this and they promised to refund, til date. They ignore emails and this is the Port Elizabeth site. The people in question are:

Before the sale was complete they were hands-on and were in contact. Currently, they don't pick up their phones or respond to emails. The courtesy to just respond and update the client.

Please don't even ruin your life and make a single purchase even if the car costs R2.00. The distress they cause you are beyond.
