The extra mile! Excellent service!

We bought a Kia Cerato with a Manufacturer’s garantee in September 2018 from the Silverlakes branch. In May 2019 the car overheated and Kia did not want to fix it under guarantee. We contacted Webuycars and had a meeting with John Mills, Tiaan Viljoen and Riaan Becker. The negotiations were held in a very positive spirit and they said that they would like to help us with a solution. In the end they said that they will take the Kia back and that we could choose another car from their stock. We chose a Renault Duster and they organized the financing. We have to mention the trouble that Gert van Deventer, branch manager of the Silverlakes Branch, took in all this. Thank you to all of these gentlemen. I would do business with Webuycars anytime!
