The company must do something about this bad customer service of their employees, it's like they are after a commission more than making sure the whole deal is done correctly as indicated.

Their communication was very bad. I then left the branch and went to Webuycars in Richmond I specifically managed to select View as my sales man and Thuthukani helped to finally acquire my car finance through MFC. Chandre was a designated person for administration, Promise,Shaka in the deal. However, I asked Chandre to return my deposit of R2500.00 as all costs were covered in the OTP that was Aproved by my bank. Chandre was very unprofessional and disrespectful as after a numerous attempt to get hold of Herz it was always on voicemail and emails were not returned, but when I was informing her that I will lay a complaint about her unprofessional conduct she then sent a what'sup message stating that why I did not speak with Thuthukani about the refund, but she was the one that requested my bank confirmation account, which was around the 09-12-2024. I was informed that such administrative process would take about 3 to 4 days to be successful but when I did not receive a proof of refund I contacted Chandre again but failed to respond my calls,messages, and emails.
