The biggest ****s at Mainstream!!!!

The worst worst service I’ve ever received. Following my complaint about their service and rude consultants, Webuycars in mainstream has again managed to find a loophole and clause to get them out of being accountable for an oversight. My keys don’t manually open the car because they don’t match the lock. After going back and forth, they sent an email saying they wouldn’t fix it because I signed an agreement that says everything was fine BUT the sales person by the name of Phillip had already accounted and said they’d pay for the locksmith and said they should’ve seen it at the dealership. In writing I have it. We buy cars are the biggest **** and I won’t let this just go. I have it in writing because Phillip on the day mentioned that everything was perfect in the car except for the few things I already knew of before purchasing. Now that there’s a problem, they want to get out of fixing it with the agreement and I won’t leave it.
