That is how you serve a customer

Family of mine, living in Cape Town, bought a vehicle from WeBuyCars in JHB. They did the EFT and got on a flight the next day to collect the car. What they didn't realize was that an inter-bank transfer can take a few days to reflect in the recipient's bank account.

When they arrived in JHB the vehicle could not be released since the payment hadn't gone through and it looked like they would have to spend the weekend in JHB until the transfer was concluded. Fortunately we got hold of Fred (a CRM at WeBuyCars) and he managed to get things sorted out and he car was released to my family member who drove back to Cape Town.
