Thanks for your non existent help.
I bought a 2nd hand motorbike with a battery that didn't charge. I bought a new battery but now they refuse to refund me the R1100 I paid for the battery. In any 2nd car or vehicle dealership in the entire country, every single vehicle has a working battery. Its logical to assume that at least the battery is fully operational. Now they refuse to refund. I give them -10 out of 10.

19 Aug 2025, 08:29That's what they've been saying. Because I paid for it first without getting a quote. I needed the battery or else I would not have been able to get to work. And after 2 attempts trying to get a refund they refuse. The Motor Industry Ombudsman can't help me either. I've tried. With a huge company like We Buy Cars that makes millions probably daily and you can't pay me back R1100.
