Thank you to Brendon de Kock from the Brackenfell branch, who has been one of the most attentive people I have ever met. So friendly, knowledgeable, and effective. I enquired about a bike in the morning and told him I would see him the next day. Changed my mind on short notice and said I would like to come through the same day—so between 10:30 and 16:00 the bike was signed, sealed, and delivered, personally by Brandon at my house (as I really needed it that day).
