Thank you Frans Buys!!!!!

I sold my car through we buy cars and the service was amazing. Then I decided to go purchase a vehicle through them seeing that the service seems so exceptional. I went on their site, looked at auction vehicles, read the Dekra reports and bid on a car. My bid was successful and I went to Germiston to pay for the car. Upon arrival Frans Buys assisted us. He was friendly and very helpful. As soon as he started driving the car out to the gate so we could test drive it my husband picked up a horrible sound in the engine. Frans took it to the mechanic and they confirmed it was not picked up with the Dekra inspection. I told Frans I dont want to buy the car anymore and he said we had to go speak to the floor manager to get my R5000 bidding deposit back. The floor manager was unfriendly and did not treat me well. He said I have to then go find another vehicle on the floor because they dont refund the R5000. Frans took me through the floor and we couldnt find anything else that was good enough as the vehicles we looked at all had problems like oil leaks etc. We left there not knowing if we would get our money back. Frans said he would follow up and try and get the money refunded. He kept calling to keep me updated and he pushed for the refund which I eventually received 5 days later. If it was up to me I would rate them -5 . But Frans went above and beyond and because of that the 3 star is NOT for webuycars but for him and I would have given him 5 stars if this review didnt go under webuycars. Buyer be very carfeful!!!!!
