Review for We Buy Cars:

I recently had a very disappointing experience with We Buy Cars that I feel compelled to share. During a test drive conducted by one of their buyers on the 17th of June, my vehicle broke down. Despite my efforts to communicate with We Buy Cars for a resolution, I have been met with inadequate responses and lack of cooperation.

I firmly believe that the breakdown of my vehicle was a direct result of reckless driving by their buyer, for which they should take responsibility. It is concerning that We Buy Cars has a double standard when it comes to test driving vehicles, conducting solo test drives when purchasing cars from customers, but accompanying buyers on test drives when selling vehicles.

I have attempted to obtain a full report of the test drive and clarification on their test driving procedures, but my requests have been ignored. I am now escalating this matter to the Ombudsman for a thorough investigation and appropriate action.

I urge We Buy Cars to take responsibility for the damages incurred during the test drive and provide the necessary compensation. I seek a fair and amicable resolution to this issue as I'm planning on escalating this matter further until they take responsibility for the damage caused to my car.

Overall, my experience with We Buy Cars has been highly disappointing, and I hope that they will address this issue in a timely and fair manner. I even requested a report regarding the drive of my car, up until today, I haven't been issued with one. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to a prompt response.
