Terrible Service/Salesman

Was a terrible experience attempting to purchase a car from WeBuyCars the Dome.

The Primary issue falls down to the salesman we had received and more minor but to other individuals.

To start we attempted to finance a car through which we detailed this would be a trade-in to our salesman from which he then said perfect and took us through to the buyers for our current vehicle.

We signed some papers this side and then patiently waited for approval on the finance for the vehicle we would be trading in for. Now comes the Monday 9th of May, where the salesman gives us a call confirming everything is sorted and approval is complete and delivery of the vehicle will be at 4.30 pm.

We then arrange to go through from the EastRand to the Dome in order to take delivery. We are ask to wait while they get everything sorted which is fine, then we end up waiting an hour as the Finance lady was still busy with other customers, again fine, however, I asked the question, when does the trade on my current vehicle occur, which he completely forgot about, but takes us through to the buyers.

Now the issue comes up, there was a shortfall that was to be carried over which the salesman was well aware of and actually confirm this wouldn't be a problem and could be carried over, however, he did not communicate this with the finance lady whatsoever and so finance application was done incorrectly.

At this moment we had been waiting for 2 and a half hours for him to "Sort things out" only to leave the branch empty-handed as of course, at 6 pm, none of the managers were there to sign off on anything. Next was finance approval again for the new amount with the shortfall loaded, however, this time at around 6.15 pm the salesman comes through and says with the additional amount, I was declined, however, just earlier that morning I was approved for a higher amount for an additional option which I had asked to remove making the shortfall even when added less than the original OTP.

We eventually left the branch only to arrive home after 7 pm for absolutely nothing. Wasted time, wasted petrol, and incredible disappointment the entire of how this was handled.

Generally, most of the staff were incredibly friendly, however, the salesman we had received was terribly unorganized, and required us to follow up with him the entirety of the sale.

All I wanted to do was trade my vehicle for a relatively more affordable option, however, mainly due to this salesman, this has been the absolute worst vehicle purchase experience I have personally gone through.
