Terrible service from Webuycars, quick to sell you the car but no after sales service.

Absolutely terrible service by webuycars. Got an email stating my vehicle's license is available for pickup at the JHB South Branch. Arranged a courier and the courier upon pickup was informed they needed a consent letter to receive the document, went through a whole story of sending the document to webuycars and to the courier, the courier eventually printed and took with them the consent letter just to have webuycars tell them there is no document to give. Called their call centre on Monday to express my disappointment, promised they would escalate the matter and I would have information by close of business. Two days later still no feedback, called them again just now just for them to state that they are still "looking into it" no answer as to when I can expect feedback. Save your money, rather go somewhere where you can get service
