Terrible Service from We Buy Cars

The systems are pretty good but the service received was shocking.

Firstly, I was quoted on the wrong model of car, drastically reducing the price. Secondly, when I asked for it to be correct I was told I was wrong in very rude call from an arrogant salesman. Then, when I send through the documentation from VW stating the model of the car I received no response, clearly a bruised ego and didn't want to go back to management for a revised quote.

Eventually sold my car with Weelee for a far better price and a much more enjoyable experience.
