TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM ERIN AT WeBuyCars Epping!

My siblings and I visited the WeBuyCars branch at Epping , What an Terrible service we received. From the minute we walked in there we were not acknowledge but there were 2/3 people on the floor that were seeing us , we had to look for the car ourselves and we found the car outside we than had to go back inside to find a Salesman and the guy called Erin came and opened the car for us to view and we were about to test drive the car that Erin guy who has absolutely no Customer Service asked if we buying the car today and we told him Yes we are , and that we were going to use our friends profile to purchase the car and we told us that “ You are wasting my time” Im not sure whether he gave us that service because we were black but I would never recommend anyone to visit the WeBuyCars in Epping because of Erin. We reported this to the Sales Manager would who was clearly on Erin’s side he did not even apologise for the service we received from Erin and ask us not to leave a review and that he would escalate the matter ! But how can he escalate a complain without taking our details ? POOR HORRIBLE & TERRIBLE service !!!
