Terrible service from Donovan Bradfield- We Buy Cars Germiston

On the 3rd of October I bought an F30 through we buy cars Germiston with a faulty left front door lock which Donovan Bradfield refused to replace. He also promised to pour me R500 worth of petrol which he didn't. I struggled to get a temporary permit from him. After a long fight with him he sent me to Joburg South branch for a permit. The permit expired on the 26th of October 2021. I informed Donovan Bradfield to renew the temporary permit or give me the license plates as I've been driving *******ly. Donovan has been taking me from pillar to post. He's not answering my calls and whatsapp messages. I urge people to stay away from buying cars from We Buy Cars. Donovan is very *********** in selling cars and doesn't understand the meaning of customer service. I am not going to travel to any We Buy Cars Donovan Bradfield has to deliver the new plates or temporary permit to my place.
