I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from We Buy Cars, specifically the Riverhorse Durban branch. I purchased my car three weeks ago, and since then, it has been nothing but frustration trying to get my license disc and number plate.

I was very clear from the beginning that I could not collect them from Nelspruit due to the distance, yet they completely ignored my request and sent them there anyway. After I raised my concern, I was told last week that arrangements had been made to deliver them to my nearest PostNet. That was clearly a lie because I have received NO tracking number, NO parcel reference, and now my calls and messages are being completely ignored.

To make things worse, Danielle Pretorius, who initially contacted me via WhatsApp, has since ignored all my follow-ups. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service is shocking. How can a company this big treat its customers so badly after taking their money?

I would NOT recommend buying from We Buy Cars unless you’re prepared to be ignored and left to chase after them for something as basic as a license disc and number plate. Absolutely unacceptable!
