Terrible service at webuycars silverlakes

I found a car on the webuycars website

It was a 2014 Hyundai i20 going for around R86k It had a dekra certificate and required no additional roadworthy work

I contacted the sales executive and he advised that I reserve the car via making a payment online I did just that and paid the deposit, all that was left is for me to go view the car and if all is in order make the balance of payment

Just as I am about to leave I received a call from a Tshepo Matsaba who says the car has major engine issues and that I can't even come view it and can must just look for another car.

I escalated the issue to the manager as the car has a dekra certificate and if there were any issues they would have been picked up on the inspection

They have me the runaround for a few hours until they finally sent the dekra certificate, I looked at the certificate and couldn't see any issues that would cause the car needing a new engine.

I suspected that there was something underhanded going on and later in the day I got a call from another sales agent telling me the car has been sold to someone else who app**** for finance on the same day

I am really disappointed with the service and level of *******ion there
