Terrible service at We buy cars Dome branch. I arrived to collect a vehicle that i had already fully paid for in cash and no one could assist me, i had to wait for an hour because every sales person refused to assist me until the sales person who had made my sale finished helping another customer. When he finally came to assist me (an hour later), he tells me that the car cannot start and he doesn't know why or how to help me. By the way this is a category A vehicle, the vehicle was in a terrible condition. Now am fighting to get my refund, which i've been told will be a process. Very huge disappointment.
