Terrible service and lying to customers.

I went to We buy cars Midrand on 18/01/2025 to get an evaluation and price for my Volvo V40 T3 R-design. I arrived there at 13:17 I then waited over 45 minutes for a sales consultant to assist me. They then took my keys for my car to do the assessment and told me it would take 30 minutes max. This was a lie, I waited for over 1.5 hours for them to complete the assessment. They took my vehicle on a 10km joy ride. I checked my tracker to see where my car is as I got notification of speeding and harsh driving( breaking, acceleration, cornering) on the tracker app it notified me that the driver exceeded 100km/h on a posed 80km/h road. When they got back I was not happy as one can imagine after waiting 2 hours with no feedback.

I then get the assessment letter from We Buy Cars stating that my car needs a service although I had it serviced in November, that the windshield might need to be replaced but there is not a chip or crack in it. Also that the vehicle has been resprayed, this is not the case. This place is absolutely disgraceful. Worst experience I have gotten at any type of car dealership.
