Terrible Service and Faulty Vehicle from We Buy Cars

I purchased a vehicle from We Buy Cars, and my experience has been absolutely dreadful. The car has been nothing but problems, and the customer service has been appalling.

Horrible Customer Service: The assigned representative has been completely unresponsive. She assured me that the refund would be processed promptly, yet I’m still waiting—three weeks after my complaint was logged. Emails and phone calls have gone unanswered.
