Terrible service

I bought a 2019 Renault Kwid on 23rd May 2024, the salesmans name is Lifulemvula Mbeki from Port Elizabeth Branch, the service I received was terrible and never communicated properly with me. After the deal was successful, we took the car on test drive together with the salesmen, I notified him about the rattling sound coming from the back wheels and he said it's the road not the tyre, we than proceeded and came back did all paper work however, a week thereafter the brakes started making skweeky sound and I've gone to check it out at Supa Quick, the front discs of the car was finish terribly as well as the 3 tyres I was informed as well as the brake pads was finish, this was never advised to me by the dealership and when I took it back they said they cannot assist me, I am escalating this further if not resolved soon.
