Terrible Service

I bought a vehicle from WeBuyCars in Silver Lakes. I was helped by Eddie. They rushed me into signing paper for a vehicle late Friday afternoon.

I drove the vehicle for three months. When I took it in for its first service, the technicians informed me that there is major damages in the engine, and that there is no need for the service since the vehicle needs to be repaired first.

I bought the vehicle as a silver condition, no major problems. And in three months I am left with nothing.

I contacted the sale agent, Eddie, as well as the complaints department, Poppy and Obakeng. They are not helping me at all.

I felt like trule valued customer while buying the vehicle, no that there is trouble I am left to defend myself.

They leave me no choice but to go to the Ombudsman. Since the vehicle was bought under warranty, and I followed all the instructions.

My confidence in WeBuyCars went from 10/10 to 3/10. Will definitely consider twice, maybe three times when buying a vehicle from them again.
