Terrible Service

We had been warned to not use We Buy Cars, but we went ahead with buying a car from them regardless. The staff at the Springfield Branch were unhelpful and the unit we ended up purchasing was in stock but had no interest in telling us that it was. We made the purchase through the Riverhorse Valley branch the salesman got the paper work wrong, putting the paperwork in the wrong person's name, the manager then laughed about it and the other floor manager said we could do the transfers, from their name to mine then to the correct name but it is at our own cost. They refuse to fix their own mistake and refuse to answer us as to why it wasn't done properly the first time.
