Terrible service

Terrible service i received from Shane Mobaye. Logged complaint 11/10/2021 and Shane called. However she called while i was in a meeting therefore asked her to call after 13h30 that day which she never did. Logged another complaint 13/10/2021 and she called stating she had system issues. We spoke about taking car to Tees and mechanics garage which was done on 16/10/2021. Guy who helped me stated that water pump of the car was faulty and that it needs to be urgently fixed or it will destroy engine. He said he will send everything to Shane on Monday. Shane called Tuesday asking if i took car to Tees, advised yes. She said she will call Tees and get back to me which she never did. I sent a follow up email on 21/10/2021 no response from her. Today is 2/11/2021 and still no call nor email from her and I am still driving around with a faulty car. Hoping it won't further destroy the engine.
