Terrible service!

Very disappointed. I was at the Montague Gardens store yesterday and wanted to test drive a vehicle. The person I had to deal with was busy and unable to assist me. I tasked if I could put down a deposit on the car and was told but he was to busy to give me the details. He then told me I could make an appointment to test drive which was at 10:30am this morning. When I arrived at 10:15am the vehicle was being driven out for someone else to test drive so u waited where the vehicle was parked. When he returned he started moving the other vehicles to put the vehicle away so I stopped him and said I had an appointment with him. After realising I had made the appointment yesterday he went and arranged someone else to take me for a test drive while he went inside and sold the car to the other customer.
