Terrible service

Absolutely annoyed about the terrible service from the licencing dept. Of webuycars. The Durban office sales and admin dept. Were competent I am having a major problem with licencing of my vehicle at webuycars. I'm still yet waiting for beitjwe from Pretoria or gp. To revert to me. It more than 2 months and I have still not revived any feedback about my Licence. I urgently require it but it's like a don't care attitude with them. Don't even return your calls kpr reply to your messages after reading them. Absolutely pathetic service from that department. Should have not purchased from them had I know I would have these issues. Somebody please come back to me with how we can resolve this urgently.
