Terrible service

We bought a car the first week of December which was collected on the 05th December at We Buy Cars Silver Lakes branch and our sales consultant was Willian Van Niekerk, the car broke down literally the following week. This was reported to We Buy Cars and they instructed that the car be taken to their workshop. The car has been sitting at the workshop for a month now and is still not fixed and the case has been escalated to an agent by the name of Amara Patel who still has not called us back. When we call We Buy Cars we are told the agent is unavailable and the lady at reception continues to hang up our calls. We buy Cars has not provided any resolution to this matter and continues to hang up our calls. We are paying for insurance and a car installment for a car we don't have. This is impacting us negatively as we are stuck sharing 1 car with my husband and he has to travel on business. Schools are opening next week and both Amara and William are of no help. We have bought all our cars from We Buy Cars and I don't think we will be buying there ever again after this experience.
