Terrible, Selfish And Pathetic Service

I just had the most terrible experience now now at We Buy Cars Mall Of The South, I went to collect the change of ownership documents and I got through to a very rude lady who said her name is Lee from the Colletion department. That lady is not friendly and very very rude her customer service is 0 %, she went as far as throwing the papers at me and proceeded talking to her lady colleague before I could even leave. She said she knows nothing about the company when I asked her what I needed to do after receiving the documents. She literally threw the papers and said "good bye", luckily a guy by the name of Hamlet Mpangane overheard us and came to my rescue in explaining everything I needed to do even though he was not my Sales person, he took time to explain and he really helped me so much or else I would have left the dealership not knowing which step to take next, Hamlet is an asset and perfectly represent We Bu Cars. He's a dedicated and diligent individual. Carel was no longer interested in helping because I guess he received his commission. I'm disappointed Lee must leave her attitude by the door and put customers first because we put bread on their tables but thank Hamlet Mpangane you're a star 🌟 . I'm also struggling getting a evaluation certificate that the insurance company requires to proceed with covering me
