Terrible sales service. Not qualified/s****ed in vehicle Trade or even General sales for that matter

It would be a definite - 5 rating of it was'nt for the awesome People at head office/Call center - talking to them is like interacting with another company completely. Your Branch sales People! Yes Just People... Everyday People.. Not sales consultant or sales executive. Those titels do not apply in Any way what so ever. Iv tried countless times to Get more detailed information about various vehicles acorss 4 of your branches. Don't they care to to business? Do you pay these People incentives/commission? It definitly doesnt look good. Im interested in a vehicle at the midstream Branch but im so put off by having to Phone again an again and again. Also please make sure your sales staff are actually s****ed and trained for vehicle sales. Im phoned regarding a vehicle then the sales person tells me no she can't give me the specs of the specific vehicle i need to Phone the manufacturer. Really? Why are you stelling a vehicle you know nothing about or am i smelling laziness

Another flaw is the facts that you use same pictures for different vehicles... Also totally wrong

I would guess that your prices are so low due to the surface level of work you produce and the service being so bad the only way to actually sell a car would be to sell well belowe the actual value.
