Terrible sales service in attempting to buy a car.

I have inquired about a car from one of the salesman at the Johannesburg branch, A bmw 435i which i wished to trade my car in for, The salesman seems reluctant to help and responds to me with a rude message out of the blue saying that you'll do not give discounts, I have never asked him for a discount,in the beginning I asked him if he could give me a better offer on a trade in, I find it really rude that he hasn't called me back regarding the car after i had asked him to give my dad a call on a number to confirm our plan to purchase the vehicle.
