Terrible sales and customer service

We test drove a car in July at webuycars Germiston, the sales guy said we can put down a deposit for the car that will "hold" the car for two days while we make a final decision on purchasing (as the car could not be financed through them).

After deciding not to purchase the vehicle we asked the sales guy to cancel the deal and refund the money and ever since he has been saying he is waiting on head office to process the refund... It has been 4 months already, and that vehicle has already been sold! Why won't they process the refund?

Sales people as well as customer service is all round bad
