Terrible misleading Springfield branch
I bought a car in September and fixed all defects. I tried to make an offer after the car started troubling me with the clutch and needed an upgrade. They are refusing to make an offer.

24 Feb 2025, 18:26There hasnt been a response call, text or email since this morning. This is the kind of service I have been experiencing. What a trusted brand to be this disloyal to their customers. For days one end I have been emailing, whatsapp texting and calling, the minute its known not to be a sales call, am told to be transferred and wait for hours on end for someone to answer until the call goes to voicemail! Totally dissatisfied with WEBUYCARS.....Am definitely going open to the media about this unsavory disheartening experience. Very much uncalled for.
