Terrible financing application process

I app**** for financing for a certain vehicle that I was interested in. Apparently I was supposed to be notified if I have been approved or not within a day. I’m still waiting to be informed. I even sent an email two weeks ago to track the progress of my application. That car has since been sold. Utterly disappointing! If my application has been rejected, at least have the courtesy to inform me!
