Terrible experience as a first time buyer

Terrible experience. Bought the car in feb 2022 its the july 2022 and have not recieved any papers for the car been driving around with expired licence. The worse part for me is the service I get absolutely no follow up commincation unless it is done by me. Yesterday I went to the branch only for them to tell me that the roadworthy has now expired and that I first have to pay for it before I get the papers as if this delay was my fault. They did not honour there promise if fetching the car from my house and taking it for the roadworthy themselves instead I had to bring it myself today. Horrible experience from your Port Elizabeth branch. The sales person Marlou could have atleast kept me informed and do what he promised to do instead of making excuses. My business with your company is done for could I would not refer anyone.
