Terrible experience and false dekra

Purchased a vehicle online , dekra showed all is "very good" however when I took delivery what was "very good" on the dekra was very bad , however I had to get is sorted and I did , when I enquired about the faults they asked for the invoices and sent them however they declined my request to compensate me on bases that I bought it from an online auction and secondly I sorted the issues , keep in mind I'm based 60km away and cannot go back and forth to them for the issues, it was my first time buying from them and will never buy again or advise anyone else to..
