Terrible Experience

Poor service delivery. Lack of communication. We took possession of the car on 25 Sep 2021 and on 29 Sep 2021 it broke down with an engine problem!! When we contacted We Buy Cars we were told that complaints are not handled on the phone and we should lodge a complaint online. We haven't heard anything from We Buy Cars and we are sitting with a damaged vehicle that supposedly passed the roadworthy test.
