Terrible Customer Service
I signed an OTP for a car that was at the Gqeberha branch on 26 October, & I was told it would be delivered to the Silverlakes branch by the 2nd November. I followed up on the 2nd only to be promised that the car will arrive on the 4th November. I have been trying to contact the sales rep all day today to check progress, but to no avail.

The sales rep has been deceiving me all along, why does he tell me he's in contact with the courier company if the car has been parked at the Gqeberha branch this entire time.
I am very upset & feel the company should take action
