Terrible Customer Service

After some recommendations for the quality of service friends received from webuycars, I decided to give them a try myself. The initial request was very seamless with submitting all the required information, however, that is where it stopped.

I received a phone call from someone who sounded like a ****mer at first, asking my questions about information I had already submitted. They were very pushy and did not come across as friendly or helpful in any way.

I did however agree to meet with this person, rescheduled meetings to ensure I was home for the appointment. The person contacted me 10 minutes before the appointment requesting me to send my address, which I had already submitted to them. They further informed me that they would only be able to meet 30 minutes after the scheduled time. Clearly no planning was done and no respect for customers’ time and schedule.

I subsequently phoned their customer care line to see if a different agent could be assigned to the potential sale. I was put on hold and after waiting several minutes on hold, the call was dropped and no one bothered to contact me again.

Would highly recommend to stay away from this service, because if this is how it starts, who knows what the service is like during and after the purchase or sale.
