TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE AT THE DOME

Terrible customer service from Praneel at the dome branch , very slow , made me wait 2 hours for him at the branch for a test drive only for someone else to assist me , fed me false information , filled in application online for the vechicle , we were told it would be reserved for us since we did the app online, he proceeds to tell me that they never found when in actual fact we submitted the previous day at 1pm it but his manager told me someone else filled it in on the day while i was still doing the test drive eventhough ours was submitted the day before . We were there on monday , began the prcoess , only to get a call on wednesday morning just after they opened saying it was sold to someone else , even after we asked for him to reserve it for us multiple times and he said it was done.
