Terrible client experience

I have been in the process of buying a car with WeBuyCars(Dome branch) for the past 4 weeks. There's been constant back and forth and promises made to close off everything every single week. Called a few times to try to get assistance but non of these calls are fruitful.

I've come to a point where I feel like my business isn't needed at WeBuyCars. I've had services at other places 10 times better than this.
