Terrible buying experience

The selling experience of my car to Webuycars was good, but the process of buying was awful, most of their sales staff are not well trained. Our buying of a vehicle included the sales person bidding online using my profile without my permission, when the deal was concluded I was told that if I cancel I would loose R 5000, because we like the car we pressed on...then came a comedy of errors, a 90 minute wait to finalise paperwork and my payment in cash, no log book available as yet, incorrect email addresses on two profiles...no management people to hear your problem and to address this, all in all a dreadful buying experience.
