Terrible business ethics *complaint*

So disappointed. Documents sent in to purchase a bakkie and deal confirmed by salesman as “a done deal” yesterday. Flights booked to Cape Town last night as Bakkie will be driven back to PE. Followed up this morning as to when the invoice will be sent, waiting to make payment, to be told via voice note that the manager had sold the Bakkie and it will be exported. They are busy reinvoicing as it is going through a dealership, so not even paid for yet. Shocking business ethics and we sit on the losing end with 3 flights booked & no Bakkie.
