Epping Branch - STAY AWAY! My brother flew to Cape Town to buy a car at this branch after he was told that the vehicle was in top condition and even the Dekra report did not show any major problems. They handed him a bottle of 'oil/brakefluid' and sent him on his way. After 5 kilos of driving, smoke was all over. He returned straight away and Jordan said he had another vehicle as replacement. The car was immediately taken to a reliable workshop on arrival in Bloemfontein. 1. Brakepads needed to be replaced. 2. Some or other iron rods need to be replaced as the car is 'jerking' 3. The bonnet could not open which also needed to be fixed. 4. The thermostat was 'broken out of the car' to prevent the car of overheating (short-term solution), this caused the cylinder gasket to blow. 5. The vehicle was at Silverton radiators who confirmed the gasket problem, but this was not informed upon purchase. 6. This vehicle was cheaper and to date after many e-mails no response whatsoever as to what is happening with the re-imbur*****t. I am totally disgusted in We Buy Cars Epping Branch and would advise any future buyer to STAY AWAY. Jordan was very eager to take calls prior to purchase, but since then he dies not reply to e-mails, Whatsapp messages or phone calls.
