Terrible After Sales Service. They Don't Care

Terrible after sales service. Car engine was opened before & was not stated DEKRA report. Clutching issues on the car, water leaks.

Took 2 weeks of constant following up for them to tell me that my claim has been rejected

It has been over 2 weeks & it is always said that you will get back to me. Cheryl Chetty can even drop calls on clients ears after chasing to speak to her for 2 weeks. I've been calling since 9am now & no concrete feedback.
